Self-Hosted Remedio - LDAP Integration

  1. Login to https://GYTPOL-Server:9093/admin

  2. Go to ‘User Federation’

    Select LDAP

  4. Fill in the following fields:

    1. UI display name

    2. Connection URL - must start with ldap:// or ldaps://
      When using ldaps, you must use specific DC FQDN
      For ldaps integration move to here: https://gytpol.atlassian.net/wiki/x/AYCfKQ

  5. Click 'Test Connection'

  6. Scroll down and fill in the following fields:

    1. Bind DN - Fill in the user’s DN that will be used to query the DC

    2. Bind credential - Fill in the user’s password

  7. Click 'Test Connection'

  8. Scroll down to 'LDAP searching and updating', and fill in the following fields:

    1. Users DN - Fill in the OU’s DN where the selected users are

    2. User LDAP filter - Fill in the Users Group DN in the following form:
      (memberof=CN=Group-name,OU=ou-name,DC=domainname,DC=local)

    3. Search scope - Select ‘Subtree’

  9. Go to Settings, and click ‘Add mapper’

  10. Fill a name for the mapping, and select ‘group-ldap-mapper’

  11. Fill in the OU’s DN where the selected group is

  12. Scroll down to ‘Mode’ and select ‘IMPORT’ and click ‘Save’

  13. Go back to ‘User Federation' page, click ‘Actions’ and select 'Sync all users’

  14. Go to Users, Type * in the search box and press Enter
    Check the newly added users and make sure they all have email address filled in the user’s details
